Teach to Change One Day Retreat

Organizational leaders will design a transformational and inclusive learning experience in one day in a supportive environment.  Experience a Universal Design for Learning approach while you engage in project based learning to complete your instructional design document.  Learn to use an approach that deepens learning, supports change, and delivers tanglible results for all learners! Get expert support to clarify meaningful learning outcomes and tangible results, use backwards design to create a simple way to evaluate the learning, develop the learning experience using inclusive instructional design techniques, and facilitate with confidence. 

Limited to 10 participants to create a supportive, engaging, and individualized learning environment.

*Work options: independent work in a quiet room, partners, or small group

Follow up support included: 12 weeks of strengths based and supportive group accountability sessions with question/answer time to execute the learning experience for your target audience.
